To those who like to dance and would like to add an extra strength/ endurance element to their regular cardio routine here we bring you the first Zumba® Toning workshop: Zumba® Toning combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba® moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness party. Using Zumba® toning sticks or light weight dumbbells, you'll work every muscle group while you groove.

Yin is the style of yoga about surrender. A practice of letting go, yin creates the space to fully relax and destress. Essential for our Yang lifestyle, yin is the compliment to teach us stillness and true refuge from daily anxieties. Yin is a tradition of holding restorative poses for 3-5 minutes.

The poses are designed to get deep into the body releasing ligaments and deep tissue. AJ's unique sequence includes a full body experience. Each class will be designed to target four of the main causes of suffering.

Fear, Anxiety, Grief and Anger. Through guided meditation, essential oils and specific poses AJ will guide you to create more space and joy in your body.

Learn how to rehab your body whether you're training for an event, recovering from an injury or just in need of a good stretch! This is for everyone – no matter your ability.

For an hour you will stretch the entire body whilst listening to some relaxing and nostalgic music. You will gain knowledge of the difference between the unique muscle fibers and how to release tension after a workout. You will be shown safe methods to increase flexibility and mobility no matter your present state.

Leave the workshop feeling refreshed and as if you have hit the reset button.
